Nine term Rep. Steve Buyer(R-Ind) who announced he was not seeking another term in 2010 four days after CREW (Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington) filed a complaint over Buyer's Frontier Foundation. The stated purpose of the foundation was to raise money for college scholarships, but was in fact used to pay or Buyer's travels as well as golf outings for top campaign donors.
